Ingredients

  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Whole egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Raspberry leaves - 2.8 oz
  • Ginger - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, stirring thoroughly.

Step 2

Whip the egg with the yolks and sugar until frothy.

Step 3

Combine the resulting foam with the chocolate and add flour and salt.

Step 4

Finely grated ginger mixed with crushed raspberries serves as the filling for the mousse.

Step 5

Place the prepared batter with filling into greased molds.

Step 6

Put in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake for 7–10 minutes.

Step 7

Serve, garnished with raspberries.
