  • 10% cream - 1½ glasses
  • Vanilla extract - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Egg white - 4 pieces
  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 6 oz
  • Chocolate shavings - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, vanilla extract, and salt, then chill. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. Gently fold in the melted chocolate and the whipped cream.

Step 2

Spoon the mousse into dessert cups and chill. Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
