Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - 3.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gently mix the egg with the milk and vegetable oil. Do not whisk.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl with the flour. Stir with a spoon, being careful not to break up the lumps. There is no need to mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the berries; you can skip them, and the muffins will be simply chocolate-flavored. You can also add chocolate chips or liquid flavoring at this stage.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into molds. You can use silicone molds, placing parchment paper inside, or opt for special paper liners.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 392°F. The muffins in larger molds took 23 minutes to bake. Check for doneness periodically with a toothpick.
Step 7
After baking, the molds should be placed on a rack and allowed to cool slightly.
