Ingredients

  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the butter with 100 g of sugar, add 3 eggs, baking soda, and grated chocolate.

Step 2

Mix everything well and fill the muffin cups halfway.

Step 3

Prepare the cream: beat 50 g of sugar and 1 egg with a mixer, add the cream cheese and berries, and mix gently with a spoon.

Step 4

Spoon the cream into the muffin cups on top of the batter — about 1 tablespoon per muffin.

Step 5

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 6

Let cool in the cups before removing.
