Description
You can substitute the sugar substitute with sugar or condensed milk. Sesame can be replaced with coconut flakes or nuts. The banana can also be replaced with a piece of chocolate or any treat we want to discover inside the muffin.
Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 1.1 oz
- Oat flakes - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Toasted Sesame - a pinch
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Bananas - 1.1 oz
- Ocean salt - a knife tip
- Corn Starch - 0.1 oz
- Amaretto Liqueur - 0 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.4 oz
- Fiber - 0.7 oz
- Baking Powder - a knife tip
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with a whisk, add crushed sugar substitute (if in tablets), then add cocoa, rye flour, oat flour, fiber, starch, salt, and cottage cheese. Mix everything together and add liqueur to taste (for aroma).
Step 2
Fill the muffin molds halfway.
Step 3
Place a small piece of banana on top of the batter.
Step 4
Cover with the remaining batter.
Step 5
Sprinkle sesame on top.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 10–15 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. It came out dry, but the muffins were incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth!!!
Step 7
Hot finished muffins can be sprinkled with chocolate on top.
