Chocolate Muffins with Cottage Cheese and Cherry Filling
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - 5.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt - 10.6 oz
- Vanilla salt - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Unsweetened cherry juice - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place baking molds on a baking sheet.
Step 2
For the filling, beat the cottage cheese, cherry juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy.
Step 3
For the batter, sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and cocoa. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add vegetable oil, yogurt, brown sugar, and mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture and stir thoroughly.
Step 4
Divide the batter into two equal parts. Spoon one half into the molds, add 1 teaspoon of the cottage cheese filling on top of the batter, then distribute the second half of the batter over all the molds.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven, let them cool, and carefully take them out of the molds. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 6
Dip the tops of the muffins in the melted chocolate, wait for it to set, and sprinkle with colorful crumbs.
