Chocolate Muffins with Crumble

Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • 10% cream - 12 fl oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Liquid dark chocolate - ½ bar
  • Liquid dark chocolate - ½ bar
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar until thick and frothy.

Step 2

Pour in the melted butter, cream, and well-beaten baking soda mixed with vinegar.

Step 3

Continue beating and add the flour and cocoa powder.

Step 4

Break the chocolate bars into small pieces, about half a centimeter, and add them to the mixture.

Step 5

Grease the baking mold with butter, or place paper liners, or use parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20–25 minutes. After turning off the oven, leave them in the slightly open oven for about 10 minutes.

Step 7

Let them cool slightly and feel free to decorate.
