Ingredients
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1¾ cups
- 1% Kefir - 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
- Peeled chestnuts - 10 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 cups
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove - ½ teaspoon
- Desiccated coconut - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini. Chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, vegetable oil, and kefir. Add the mixture of all dry ingredients, including the spices. Finally, add the walnuts and grated zucchini.
Step 3
Grease the muffin tins with oil, fill each tin ¾ full with batter, bake at 392°F for 20–25 minutes, cool, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
