Ingredients

  • Sweet Cream Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 3.9 oz
  • 10% cream - 4 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1½ tablespoons
  • Chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Grapefruits - 7.1 oz
  • Macadamia Nuts - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cream the chocolate butter with the eggs, sugar, and cream. Add enough flour to make a smooth, elastic cake dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the dough, place it in a mold, making edges. Prick with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 356°F.

Step 3

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool to room temperature. Whisk the eggs with the cream and melted chocolate, then add the sugar. Wash the grapes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Toast the nuts in the oven and mix them with the grapes.

Step 4

Pour the mixture onto the cake base and bake for another 30 minutes.

Step 5

Drizzle the finished chocolate nut cake with melted chocolate, and decorate with grapes and a sprig of mint.
