Description

This cream pairs wonderfully with caramel and peanuts. I promise you — you'll lick your plate clean.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 10.6 oz
  • 10% cream - 1.1 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Coffee - ½ teaspoon
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take a fresh jar of mascarpone cheese. Place the contents in a bowl and set it over a water bath.

Step 2

Add the nut spread (not necessarily Nutella; I use a local brand, as it doesn't affect the taste). Stir gently while pouring in the cream and adding the powdered sugar and coffee.

Step 3

Bring to a smooth consistency and remove the bowl from the water bath. Let it cool to room temperature.
