- Margarine - 5.3 oz
- Brown Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Oats - 7.1 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Coconut flakes - to taste
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F, line two baking sheets with parchment paper, and grease with butter.
Step 2
Beat the margarine with sugar using a mixer, add the egg, and mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar (to taste).
Step 4
Combine the two mixtures and immediately add the oats, finely chopped chocolate, and coconut flakes. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Using a large spoon, drop the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between the cookies, then gently press each one down. Bake in the oven for 15–25 minutes. After baking, leave on the baking sheet to cool and harden.
