- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- Orange juice concentrate - 2 tablespoons
- Orange bitters - 0 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 12.3 oz
- Espresso - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the butter, beat the eggs with 150 grams of sugar. Add the sifted flour. Mix the juice, zest, and liqueur with the chocolate and pour it into the batter. Stir well.
Step 2
Pour the batter into molds and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35 minutes.
Step 3
Dissolve 50 grams of sugar in the coffee, wait for it to cool, then pour it into the mascarpone and whip everything well.
Step 4
Spread the cream on the layers and stack them on top of each other. Caramelize orange slices in brown sugar with liqueur. Decorate the cake with them. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
