Description
Use chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, ideally organic. The avocado should be ripe; otherwise, the ice cream will be spoiled. Instead of honey, you can use sorghum syrup or agave syrup. Before freezing, be sure to taste and ensure that it has enough sweetness and all the desired flavors. Ideally, you should stir the ice cream in the container every hour or make it using an ice cream maker.

- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Zest one orange and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into large chunks.
Step 3
Add the avocado, orange zest and juice, honey, and cocoa powder to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Stir in pieces of dark chocolate into the chocolate mixture and place in the freezer for 6 to 10 hours.
