Ingredients
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Almond - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Oranges - 3 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 5.6 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the butter.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add the yolks to the butter and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add a pinch of salt to the remaining egg whites and beat until frothy, then add the powdered sugar and beat again until thick foam forms.
Step 4
Combine the egg whites with the yolks (mixing in one direction to keep the batter light and airy), gradually add the sifted flour, and mix again.
Step 5
Set the batter aside, prepare the filling, and preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 6
Finely chop the dark chocolate, peel the oranges, and slice them.
Step 7
Then add the filling to the batter, mixing again in one direction.
Step 8
Pour 3/4 of the batter into silicone molds. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
