Description
When frying chocolate pancakes, pour vegetable oil only once during the frying of the first pancake. After that, you can skip adding oil, as the pancakes do not stick.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 24 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt and sugar using a mixer.
Step 2
Pour in 240 ml of milk and beat again.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Continue beating while gradually pouring in the remaining milk. The batter should be liquid.
Step 5
Now you can start frying the pancakes. Pour a third of the batter into a separate container for creating patterns. Add cocoa to the remaining batter. Mix very well until the batter is homogeneous and lump-free.
Step 6
Heat the pan well. Pour in a little oil and spread it evenly across the pan.
Step 7
Pour in 0.5 ladle of batter. Spread it across the entire pan.
Step 8
Slightly brown it. Use a teaspoon to scoop a little batter and draw random patterns on the pancakes with the white batter.
Step 9
When the white patterns are slightly browned, flip to the other side.
Step 10
Remove from heat, roll into a tube, and serve warm.
