Ingredients
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 4.2 oz
- Sugar - 2.3 oz
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3.9 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the cherries with 40 grams of sugar until softened and a nice syrup forms.
Step 2
Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
Melt 30 grams of chocolate with 20 grams of butter, and mix well.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add the melted chocolate and butter.
Step 6
Heat a skillet over low heat, lightly greased with butter.
Step 7
Spoon the batter onto the skillet and top with a few cherries.
Step 8
Then flip the pancakes and cook under a lid until done.
Step 9
Serve the hot breakfast with the remaining cherries and sauce.
