- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 3.5 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add corn starch, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt, and mix everything with a whisk. Crack the eggs into the mixture and combine them with the flour. Pour in the milk and sunflower oil, and mix gently again. Place the batter in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
For the chocolate filling: heat the cream in a saucepan, and when it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and add the dark chocolate and butter.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan on the stove until well heated. Pour in a little batter and spread it across the pan. Cook for about one and a half to two minutes.
Step 4
Place the pancake on a plate, add a bit of chocolate, and roll it up.
