- Egg white - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.1 oz
- Walnuts - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, sugar, and egg, then add the rest — flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, kefir, and walnuts. Stir until you have a uniform mass. The batter should be quite thick. It should not sit for long, so we start frying the pancakes immediately.
Step 2
Pour oil into a well-heated skillet and fry the pancakes over fairly high heat on both sides. During frying, they should rise well and remain fluffy even after cooling.
