- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Jam - 1.8 oz
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Dark Chocolate Glaze Dr.Oetker - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the margarine into crumbs with flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Step 2
Add milk and eggs.
Step 3
Knead the dough; if it is too liquid, add more flour.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to fit your baking sheet.
Step 5
Place the dough on a greased baking tray.
Step 6
Bake for 20–25 minutes at 338°F.
Step 7
Cut the finished cake into rectangles.
Step 8
Slice each pastry lengthwise and spread with any jam.
Step 9
Cover the top of the pastry with chocolate glaze.
