Ingredients
- Margarine - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Cream the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the baking powder and flour, knead into a soft dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking tray (I used a 20x30 cm tray) with butter or line it with parchment paper. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Then cut into squares. If desired, you can make a stencil out of paper. Dust with powdered sugar and carefully remove the stencil.
