Ingredients

  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Butter - 4.6 oz
  • Peanut Butter - 4.6 oz
  • Sugar - 4.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4.9 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Almond Candy Coating - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F (mark 5).

Step 2

Beat the softened room temperature butter with the sugar using a mixer until fluffy.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg with a fork, then add it along with the peanut butter to the butter mixture and beat well again.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa (heaping tablespoon), and baking powder. Then incorporate this mixture into the butter mixture (you can beat it again or use a spoon).

Step 5

Add the colorful candy coating with peanuts to the dough and mix evenly.

Step 6

On a lightly greased baking sheet (or lined with parchment paper), place tablespoonfuls of dough, shaping them into cookie forms. Leave some space between the cookies. Bake for no longer than 10 minutes.

Step 7

Once done, let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for a few (2-4) minutes, then use a spatula to transfer the cookies to a rack for complete cooling and hardening.
