Ingredients

  • 70% Dark Chocolate - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 12.3 oz
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Almond - 12.7 oz
  • Oranges - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler together with the butter.

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with a mixer together with half of the sugar until frothy.

While continuing to beat the egg yolks, add the chocolate and almond flour, along with the orange zest. Mix everything together.

Beat the egg whites separately with the remaining sugar until frothy. Combine with the mixture.

Pour the batter into the mold and place it in the preheated oven at 338°F for 20–25 minutes.
