Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.9 oz
- Starch film - 5 teaspoons
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla salt - 2.1 oz
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the balls. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with sugar (50 g), starch (3 tablespoons), and egg yolks. Stir well until a smooth mixture is achieved. Form into balls.
Step 2
Dough. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar (30g) and vanilla until light and smooth. Add the melted chocolate. Sift in the flour, cornstarch (2 tablespoons), baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix into the egg-chocolate mixture. Whip the egg whites with 30g of sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mixture using a spatula, combining everything together with an up-and-down motion.
Step 3
Line the baking dish with parchment paper and place the balls in it. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top.
Step 4
Bake at 356°F for 30–40 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate glaze on top.
