Description

- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Light Molasses - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 6.2 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: mix the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and cocoa powder in a blender cup. Add the eggs and beat at medium speed. Once the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the cup, add the butter. Continue beating until the dough pulls away from the sides of the cup again. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle the surface with flour, and let it rest for 8 hours.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a circle 1 cm thick. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and prick the dough in several places with a fork. Spread the molasses, cocoa, and a few dollops of butter on top. Let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Bake for 5 minutes. Brush with cream. Bake for another 10 minutes, add the chopped chocolate, and bake for another 2 minutes. Serve warm.
