Chocolate pudding with coffee cream

Ingredients

  • Sugar - 2.6 oz
  • Corn Starch - 2 tablespoons
  • Instant coffee - 1¼ tablespoons
  • Milk - 16 fl oz
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - 7.1 oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz
  • Vanilla extract - 1½ teaspoons
  • Whipped Cream - 4 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine 75 g of sugar, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in a saucepan. Gradually add the milk and heat over medium heat until boiling for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla. Divide the mixture into 6 ramekins or wine glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3

Using a mixer, beat the cream, remaining sugar, and coffee until stiff peaks form. Top each pudding with whipped coffee cream.
