Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Hazelnut - 3.9 oz
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Granulated sugar - 7.9 oz
- Cream (40%) - 19 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roast the hazelnuts and chop them coarsely.
Step 2
In a bowl, whip the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar and hazelnuts.
Step 3
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and lined with parchment paper. Bake at 374°F for 20 minutes. Allow the meringue to cool and transfer it to a larger piece of parchment.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate and let it cool. Whip the cream and divide it into two portions. Set aside 4 tablespoons of chocolate for decoration, and add the remaining chocolate to one of the cream portions, mixing well.
Step 5
Spread the prepared mixture over the meringue, then layer the remaining cream on top.
Step 6
Roll the meringue into a log, drizzle with the remaining chocolate, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
