Ingredients
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Apple - ½ piece
- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Orange zest - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough from the egg, milk, flour, sugar, and cocoa.
Step 2
Roll out into pancakes and fry in a dry skillet.
Step 3
Peel the kiwi and cut it into wedges.
Step 4
Cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Peel half of the apple and remove the seeds, then slice it thinly.
Step 6
Spread mascarpone cheese generously on each pancake, then place apple strips and pieces of orange on top.
Step 7
Roll up the pancakes and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
Step 8
Remove from the fridge and cut into small serving pieces.
Step 9
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle it over the finished rolls.
Step 10
Serve at the table.
