- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Gently fold in the yolks and the sifted dry ingredients into the egg whites.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the batter onto it, and spread it into a thin layer.
Step 4
Bake at 392°F for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Flip the cake onto a damp towel, moisten the paper with water, and remove it from the cake.
Step 6
Cut the cakes into 2 parts, roll both parts with the towel into a roll, and let cool.
Step 7
For the filling, mix the ingredients well: 200 g of cream cheese, 100 g of butter, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Spread the filling on the cakes, roll them up, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 9
Cut the chilled rolls into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
