  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Condensed Milk - 7 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
  • Apple - ½ piece
  • Orange zest - 1 piece
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

From the egg, milk, flour, sugar, and cocoa powder, prepare the pancake batter. It should be dark brown, so the amount of cocoa can be slightly increased (or decreased, 'to taste').

Step 2

In a well-heated skillet, fry thin pancakes from the batter. Fry each pancake on both sides and brush with butter.

Step 3

Prepare the filling. Peel the orange and separate it into segments. Remove the pulp from each segment and cut it into small pieces. Try to leave no membranes. Peel half of the apple, remove the seeds, cut it into thin slices, and then cut the slices into thin strips.

Step 4

Place a pancake on a work surface, generously spread with mascarpone cheese (or the cottage cheese-cream mixture), and top with some apple strips and pieces of orange.

Step 5

Roll the pancake into a roll, gently pressing it from all sides. Repeat with the remaining pancakes.

Step 6

Place the prepared rolls in the refrigerator for 1.5–2 hours (or in the freezer for 20–30 minutes).

Step 7

Then take out the pancakes, carefully trim the uneven edges, and cut the rolls into small portion-sized pieces (like sushi rolls).

Step 8

Arrange on serving plates. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle it over the prepared rolls.
