Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Kiwi - 2 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Mint - 1.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed Milk - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Lightly beat the eggs with sugar, add milk and flour.

Step 2

Incorporate cocoa into the batter, add vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients. The batter should be liquid.

Step 3

Bake thin pancakes.

Step 4

For the filling, whip the cottage cheese with condensed milk.

Step 5

Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin strips.

Step 6

On one edge of the finished pancake, place the cottage cheese filling, then add the kiwi strips, and roll it up.

Step 7

Cut the roll into 6 pieces.

Step 8

For the mint 'wasabi', whip a small amount of cottage cheese with fresh mint.
