Ingredients
- Semolina - 2.8 oz
- Nutella® - 2 spoons
- Bananas - 1 piece
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ½ spoons
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled - to taste
- Milk - 9 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Gradually sprinkle the semolina into the hot milk while stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the porridge from the heat and stir in 2 teaspoons of Nutella. Cover with a lid and let it sit.
Step 5
For the banana mousse, peel the banana, cut it into slices, place it in a blender, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, cream, and a teaspoon of sugar, then blend until smooth. Pour the result into a sauceboat.
Step 6
Serve the porridge on plates, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with banana sauce.
