Description
If necessary, sugar can be replaced with honey. You can also omit the cocoa and add more chocolate, about 50 grams.
Ingredients
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Semolina - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 1½ teaspoons
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a metal plate or small saucepan on the heat. Pour in the milk and water, and stir. Once the milk is warm enough, add the salt, sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon (to taste). Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps from the cocoa.
Step 2
Wait until the milk is about to boil, reduce the heat, and sprinkle in the semolina in a thin stream while stirring immediately.
Step 3
Continue stirring until the semolina swells and begins to thicken, then turn off the heat and remove the semolina from the stove.
Step 4
Add the soaked raisins and mix. Add the butter and quickly stir it into the semolina to prevent separation. Grate the chocolate, mix it in, and serve.
