Chocolate Sorbet
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder - 2.1 oz
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan with water, add the powdered sugar and the cinnamon stick. Once the water boils, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You should have a sugar syrup.
Step 2
Mix the cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of water and gently whisk. Then pour in 4 tablespoons of the syrup.
Step 3
Pour everything into the saucepan and stir. After the syrup cools, remove the cinnamon stick. Whisk again. Place in the freezer. Take it out every hour and whisk.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and berries.
