Description
Use regular unsweetened cocoa; I add half a pack of cocoa and sugar to taste. You can add less butter, depending on your preference. You can also experiment with the milk; if you add a little less, you'll get a thicker paste. It rarely stays in the refrigerator for long.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.6 oz
- Potato protein - 1.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.4 oz
- Milk - 24 fl oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, starch, and cocoa, mix well, then gradually add pre-heated milk, stirring well to avoid lumps.
Step 2
Place the saucepan over heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add the butter to the boiling chocolate mixture, stir, and bring to a boil once more. Pour the paste into a jar and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
