Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Cream - 10 fl oz
- Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the butter with the flour until it forms large clumps (do not turn it into crumbs).
Step 2
Add one beaten egg yolk to the mixture and quickly knead the dough.
Step 3
Now we do the following. Take a baking dish and lightly grease it with butter. Pinch off small balls of dough and press them into the bottom of the baking dish. Also, form edges about 3 cm high. Place the baking dish with the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, let's prepare the filling. In a small saucepan, combine the cream, broken pieces of chocolate, and a bit of butter. Place over low heat and melt.
Step 5
In another bowl, lightly beat two eggs with a fork. Pour the beaten eggs into the creamy mixture. Heat gently, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from curdling.
Step 6
Remove the slightly hardened dough from the refrigerator and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 392°F. Then take it out and pour the prepared filling over it.
Step 7
Bake the tart with the filling for an additional 10 minutes at 392°F. Then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely (this will take about 30 minutes). Dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve with a good coffee.
