Ingredients
- Cream (40%) - 1¼ cups
- Liquid dark chocolate - 9.2 oz
- Unsalted peanuts, shelled - 3.5 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar, mixing well while lightly whipping.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt 200 grams of chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add another 60 grams. Mix well and add the cream. Place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours until set.
Step 3
Line a large plate with parchment paper. Take 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture and form into balls. Place them on the prepared plate.
Step 4
Chop the peanuts in a food processor, pour them into a bowl, and roll the truffles in them, pressing lightly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
