- Heavy cream - 2 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 6 oz
- Dark rum - 2 tablespoons
- Peeled chestnuts - 6.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in the chopped chocolate and mix until melted. Add the rum, then the chestnuts. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 2
Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
Step 3
Roll the chocolate balls in cocoa powder, place on parchment paper, and chill for 1 hour.
