  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Butter - 2.5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 3.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa. Add the milk, eggs, and 55 grams of melted butter to the dry mixture. Mix until the batter is smooth.

Step 2

For the sauce, combine 15 grams of softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of milk. The sauce should be thick enough.

Step 3

Spray the preheated waffle iron with vegetable oil. Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden brown. Serve hot with the sauce. You can garnish with any berries.
