Description

You can use any nuts and dried fruits to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Milk Chocolate - 14.1 oz
  • Raisins - 1.1 oz
  • Dried Bananas - 0.7 oz
  • Dried papaya - 0.7 oz
  • Shredded Coconut - 0.7 oz
  • Pecans - 1.8 oz
  • Hazelnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Rum - 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower Seeds - 0.5 oz
  • Halva - 1.8 oz
  • Ground chili pepper - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.

Step 2

Toast the nuts and seeds in a dry hot skillet for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the dried fruits into small pieces.

Step 4

Add the nuts, fruits, and a pinch of pepper to the melted chocolate, crumble the halva into it, optionally pour in a tablespoon of rum, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Line a shallow dish with parchment paper and spread the chocolate in a thin layer using a knife or spatula. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 6

Break the set chocolate into portion-sized pieces.
