Description
You can use any nuts and dried fruits to your taste.
Ingredients
- Milk Chocolate - 14.1 oz
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Dried Bananas - 0.7 oz
- Dried papaya - 0.7 oz
- Shredded Coconut - 0.7 oz
- Pecans - 1.8 oz
- Hazelnuts - 1.8 oz
- Rum - 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower Seeds - 0.5 oz
- Halva - 1.8 oz
- Ground chili pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath.
Step 2
Toast the nuts and seeds in a dry hot skillet for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the dried fruits into small pieces.
Step 4
Add the nuts, fruits, and a pinch of pepper to the melted chocolate, crumble the halva into it, optionally pour in a tablespoon of rum, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Line a shallow dish with parchment paper and spread the chocolate in a thin layer using a knife or spatula. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 6
Break the set chocolate into portion-sized pieces.
