If you are using an ice cream maker, starting from step 3, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Ingredients
- Cream 22% - 10 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 10 fl oz
- Brandy - 0 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 6 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Waffle - 20 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, whip the cream until it doubles in volume.
Step 2
Blend the yogurt with powdered sugar, brandy, salt, and cocoa powder. Fold in the whipped cream. The mixture should resemble a milkshake.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a plastic container and freeze for 8–9 hours.
Step 4
Remove the container, break the resulting ice cream into large pieces, and blend them in a blender. Place back in the container and return to the freezer.
Step 5
15 minutes before serving, take the container out of the freezer. Then, using an ice cream scoop, place small balls onto a waffle and gently press another waffle on top.
