- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups

- Sugar - 1½ cups
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Melted Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Boiling water - 3 tablespoons

First, preheat the oven.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Peel the zucchini, grate it, and squeeze out the excess liquid.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, oil, and vanilla extract for about a minute until smooth.

Combine the dry and wet mixtures, mix thoroughly with a mixer, then add the zucchini and finely chopped chocolate, stirring until you have a smooth and thick batter.
