- Water - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil, add the butter and salt. Remove the boiling mixture from heat, add all the flour at once, and mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
Step 2
Return to the heat. Stirring constantly, simmer for another 1-2 minutes on low heat to dry the dough slightly and prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the 4 eggs one by one, mixing each time quickly and thoroughly. The dough should be elastic, sticky, but not dry or runny.
