Ingredients

  • Butter - 4.1 oz
  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chopped almonds - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 347°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Step 2

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter (if you don't have baking chocolate, you can use regular dark chocolate, but you will need to reduce the amount of sugar by about half). Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the sugar. Crack the eggs into the mixture, add the vanilla sugar, and mix well until smooth.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and walnuts, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 16 portions.
