Ingredients
- Macadamia Nuts - 1 cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1 cup
- Boiling water - 2 cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Almond - 1 cup
- Coconut flakes - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cashews finely.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the dried cranberries.
Step 3
Mix the egg and sugar, stirring well.
Step 4
Add almond flour and coconut flour to the egg mixture.
Step 5
Melt the butter.
Step 6
Add the melted butter to the batter.
Step 7
Add vanillin and cinnamon to the batter.
Step 8
Drain the cranberries and add them along with the chopped nuts to the batter.
Step 9
Dissolve the baking soda and add it to the batter.
Step 10
Distribute the batter into silicone muffin molds.

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
