Step 1
Knead a soft dough, roll it into 28 sausages, each 26 cm long. Bake, place the pieces on a board, and spread with cream. Then arrange them in a well shape, leaving protrusions of up to 4 cm at the corners. Use the remaining cream to make "icicles" and place a bottle of champagne inside the "well."
Step 2
For the cream: start whipping the chilled egg whites with a mixer at low speed, then increase the speed. Gradually add powdered sugar, and at the end of whipping, add citric acid.
