Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.7 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Cardamom - to taste
- Vanillin - 1.8 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add cardamom powder to taste, vanillin dissolved in hot water, or crushed lemon zest.
Step 3
Then add the flour.
Step 4
Knead the dough and, using a spoon, place it on a greased baking sheet, leaving 4 cm between each cookie.
Step 5
Bake the cookies in the oven at 200–428°F for 7–10 minutes.
