Ingredients
- Hazelnut - 4.2 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Orange zest - ½ spoons
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10–12 minutes, until the nuts turn golden brown.
Step 2
Place the nuts in a blender bowl and chop them into coarse crumbs.
Step 3
Add powdered sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt. Grate the orange zest and add the softened butter and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend everything together using the pulse function.
Step 4
Take a tablespoon of the prepared dough, roll it into small balls, and place them on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Chop the remaining nuts and sprinkle them over the cookies.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then remove and allow to cool completely.
