- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the frozen blueberries in a bowl. Whip the cream, add the flour, mix with the blueberries, and quickly knead the dough. Add the water and berries. Gently mix with the dough. Melt the butter and pour it into the dough.
Step 2
Bake the waffles in a waffle maker until golden brown. To make the sauce, thaw the raspberries, mix with powdered sugar, and strain.
