- Water - 5 fl oz
- Beef - 10 oz
- Onion - 5 oz
- Cilantro - 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tomato Puree - to taste
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 10 oz
- Ghee - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough using flour, 150 ml of water, and a teaspoon of salt.
Step 2
Prepare the ground beef. Add salt, pepper, and chopped herbs, along with finely diced onion to the mixture.
Step 3
Divide the dough into small balls, roll each ball out very thinly into circles, place the filling on one half of each circle, and fold the edges together.
Step 4
Fry the flatbreads on both sides in a dry skillet. Remove from the skillet, cut the chudu into four pieces, and brush with melted butter.
