Description
Churros are delightful Spanish (and Portuguese) fried pastries made from choux pastry, which are now popular all over the world. They can be referred to not just as pastries but simply as a dessert, yet the essence remains the same: they are incredibly tasty. In Spain, churros are one of the most popular breakfast items. They are best enjoyed with a cup of hot chocolate: you dip the churros in it and eat.
